Yorkshire leg-spinner Jafer Chohan says he “might not” have been in the England Lions squad if it wasn’t for the South Asian Cricket Academy (SACA).
He was among five other newcomers named in England’s white-ball squad to face West Indies.
He is the first graduate from the SACA to play for England. The SACA is an academy aimed at increasing British South Asian representation in professional cricket.
